Steve Kelley has worked in real estate for 31 years prior to joining Daniel Winkler and Associates in 2012. He has sold and or managed the sale of approximately 3,200 condominiums and 1,100 single family homes. Steve’s career includes 18 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TRI Development Co. in San Francisco, 10 of which working side by side with Dan Winkler, followed by 12 years as Sales Director for the Reiser Group in Alamo, Ca.
Steve decided to join Daniel Winkler and Associates because of Daniel Winkler’s reputation for integrity, reputation for treating both sides of all transactions fairly and the amazing support he shows to all his agents and support staff. Companies talk about a family atmosphere Daniel Winkler lives it every day in his company.
Steve’s expertise and responsibilities include; selling condo’s and single family homes in all price ranges and markets types, feasibility studies, marketing and merchandising plan development and implementation, advertising campaigns, take out financing, sales and sales agent management and training, pricing strategies, minimizing seller’s liability and risk through development of thorough disclosure documentation. Steve’s particular expertise has been condominium conversions. He has held leadership roles in some of the largest and most complicated condominium conversions in northern California. Steve received recognition for his accomplishments by receiving the Sales Manager of the year award in 2006 from the Home Builders Association of Northern California. Steve also serves as an expert witness in Real Estate cases.
Steve has a passion for selling and educating his clients. He loves working with everyone from first-time buyers, luxury home buyers/sellers and investors. Through his wide experience in sales and management, he has developed excellent communication and listening skills and uses them to help provide smooth transactions for all parties involved.
Steve is married with 3 children. He enjoys all outdoor activities including tennis, golf, skiing, hiking, biking, camping, kayaking/rafting, traveling, and photography. He grew up in the Bay Area, graduating from Cupertino High School. Steve attended Santa Clara University on a baseball scholarship graduating with a degree in Marketing. After college, Steve played professional baseball with the California Angels farm system for 5 years prior to his entry into real estate.
