Daniel M. Winkler worked for developers and private clients in Northern California for over 23 years. Daniel Winkler and Associates, Inc. was formed in 2001 to better serve the growing needs of our clientele. He managed all phases of real estate marketing and development of new home communities as well as helping clients buy and sell their existing homes. Mr. Winkler is particularly successful at creating effective media campaigns, understands the complex lending system, careful management of the escrow process and closing transactions. Mr. Winkler has also served as an expert witness in Real Estate Litigation cases.
Prior to forming Daniel Winkler and Associates and working for TRI Development Company, Mr. Winkler owned and operated his own business for five years in Marin County. Part of Mr. Winkler's experience includes the project sales management for Bayside Commons Condominiums, a 235-unit conversion in Albany, California. Mr. Winkler, through careful pricing management was able to increase the gross income an additional $3.1 million over the developer's highest pro-forma gross income projections. He worked with Steve Kelley on the sales and marketing of a 200-unit condominium project in San Jose, California, and a 79-lot custom home subdivision in Sacramento. Over the past 24 years Mr. Winkler has sold and closed nearly 2,000 condominium and single family homes in the Bay Area, including the most expensive Piedmont home sold in all of 2007. Mr. Winkler is a licensed real estate broker and is the president of Daniel Winkler and Associates. Daniel Winkler & Associates is continually growing and closed over $138,000,000 in home sales for 2014.
